We pride ourselves on providing a fair and reasonable value for money service to tenants. The Tenant Fees Act 2019 commences from 1 June 2019. So for this date we do not change any fees.
- £50 holding deposit for each applicant, payable in advance.
- Free help completing benefit forms
Only pay a holding deposit if you're serious about taking on the tenancy. We will keep the money if you decide not to go ahead
