Maintenance Ticket Tracking System

This section of the site has been set-up for tenant to report maintenance problems, and potential tenant to view FAQ or post question.

There are two section to the helpdesk:-

  1. The FAQ section is a great place for potential and existing tenants to get answer to lots of housing and rental question and to get information about the best way to look after there rented home.

     
  2. The Maintenance section, In order to streamline maintenance requests and better serve you, we utilize a maintenance ticket system. But to use the maintance ticket tracking system you need to be a currant tenant of "Yellx Property Ventures"

Every maintenance request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your maintenance requests. A valid email address is required.
