So you’re looking for somewhere to rent?

As a responsible Letting Agent and Landlord all our properties  comply to the law, does the one your currently renting??

• Every rental property need a gas safety certificate done every year !! (GasSafeRegister Link)
• Energy Performance Certificates EPC have you seen your certificate  (epc.direct.gov.uk)
• House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). do you share you house??  Does it need a licence??
• Selective licensing?  Does your property need a licence??
• All tenants deposits are put into a "Tenancy Deposit Scheme" we use both "my|deposits" and "Deposit Protection Service"
• We are a member of NLA "National Landlord Association" aswell as the RLA "Residential Landlords Association"

Viewing times are flexible and we shall do our best to accommodate you. If you decide you like the property then you will need to speak to the office and pay a reservation deposit.

Letting procedure

All tenants must pass a credit referencing check (£50 holding deposit for each applicant) before a tenancy agreement is signed.

A credit check form requires some basic infomation from you along with your signatures to confirm you agree to have the check done.

Once your check is passed we will arrange a lease signing appointment.

All lease signings are conducted together and tenants require, as standard, one months rent deposit plus one months rent in advance. We will also require photographic ID and proof of current address (ie bank statement, credit card statement, current bill).

Tenants are issued with an inventory, a set of keys per adult and additional information for tenants. You are then free to move into your new home!
